Ray Bratcher is an analyst at Trugman Valuation Associates, Inc., a business valuation and economic damages firm with offices in Plantation, Florida and Parsippany, New Jersey. Mr. Bratcher has performed and assisted in valuations of companies spanning a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, business services, technology and pharmaceutical research. These valuations have included companies ranging in sizes from small family-owned businesses to billion-dollar thinly-traded public companies. His valuations have also included family limited partnerships and limited liability companies. Mr. Bratcher's work has been used for estate and gift tax, corporate planning, litigation support and financial reporting purposes.

Prior to joining Trugman Valuation Associates, Inc., Mr. Bratcher was employed with another national firm. He completed his undergraduate education at The College of New Jersey in Ewing, New Jersey with a Business Administration degree with a concentration in finance. He has successfully completed all four Principles of Valuation courses and is currently pursuing his designation from the American Society of Appraisers.
