Free state case law summary from Peter Agripedes

Peter, who writes regularly for Value Examiner on case law issues, summarized many of the most significant state-level decisions he’s seen in the last several years.   His conclusion:  states vary widely in how they interpret standards of value and other issues.  “One of the great things about our profession is that there’s no absolute answer,” Agripedes said.  His summary is available from the NACVA annual conference site.
