Valuation Research Group receives AM&AA's Valuation Firm of the Year award


Valuation Research Group (VRG) was named the Valuation Firm of the Year by merger industry professionals. VRG accepted the International M&A Advisor Award at the 2012 International M&A Awards & Summit in New York on October 10th.

The International M&A Advisor Awards recognize the leading firms, deal teams and deal-makers whose activities set the standard for cross-border transactions.  This year, 228 nominees representing over 400 companies were finalists for the awards.  Award recipients were determined by an independent judging committee of 14 cross-border industry experts from the largest private equity, accounting and law firms. The 750-professional VRG was selected as “Valuation Firm of the Year” from among four finalists. (The firm operates as Valuation Research Corporation in the U.S.)
