FVS adds state-by-state economic damages calculation study

A state- by-state Pre-judgment and Post-judgment Interest Analysis Matrix has been created by the AICPA's Forensic and Valuation Services section to address interest-related considerations that may be encountered while performing economic damages calculations. It's a supplement to the Discount Rates, Risk, and Uncertainty in Economic Damages Calculations practice aid.

This matrix is current at least as of the last updated date reflected in the matrix. (Report any discrepancies to bandrews@aicpa.org.--FVS plans to update the matrix "at least annually.")
