My BVR Help

Welcome to "My BVR" where you can access all of your products in one place using the person icon at the top of the navigation near the shopping cart. Be sure to bookmark this page for easy access in the future.


Q: How do I login to my account at "My BVR?"

A: Click on the person icon at the top of the navigation to get to your "My BVR" page. The first time you visit the "My BVR" page and try to login, you will be prompted to login using your email address (or the email address the account is under), NOT your current user ID. You will then use your current password. You may be prompted at that time to set a new password if your current password does not meet our new criteria of the following: 7 or more characters with at least one or more numbers and a mix of upper/lowercase letters or letters and non-alpha numeric characters.


Q: How do I change my password?

A: With the new website, it is easier than ever to change your password online and keep it private and secure. Just click on "forgot password" and you will be emailed a link (from no-reply@mg.bvresources.com) where you can change your password immediately. You may want to add this email address to your safe list.


Q: How do I update my address or contact information?

A: Once logged into your "My BVR" account, click on "update" under your profile. There you can update your contact information.

Q: I can't login to my account. What do I do?

A: If you are having trouble logging into your account, verify that you are using the correct email address associated with your account. If you are, try clicking "forgot password" and we will email you a link to reset your password. If neither of these options work, please contact customer service at 1-503-479-8200 or customerservice@bvresources.com and they can assist you.


Q: I updated my email address, logged out, and realized I updated my email address incorrectly. Now I cannot login or reset my password because of an invalid email address. What do I do?

A: You will need to call customer service at 1-503-479-8200 to have your email address and password reset.
